Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date. Protect your login credentials and do not share them with others. We allow one account per person unless we agree otherwise in writing. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or fraudulent activity on your account. We may suspend or restrict access while we investigate security concerns or suspected breaches of these terms.

Eligibility requirements

You must be at least the legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction. We may refuse registration or close accounts where a user does not meet eligibility criteria, is on a sanctions list or is otherwise prohibited from using the service.

Acceptable platform use

Our platform must be used lawfully and fairly. You must not attempt to manipulate games, exploit promotions, create multiple accounts to gain an advantage, or engage in fraudulent behaviour such as chargebacks without prior agreement. Abusive conduct, harassment of staff, and sharing of explicit or unlawful material are prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts and to forfeit or withhold funds where we reasonably suspect misuse or a breach of these rules.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions and bonuses are subject to specific terms that appear with each offer. Common conditions include wagering contributions, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, eligible games and expiry periods. Only one active bonus may apply where stated, and we may withhold or revoke bonuses if terms are abused. Deposits and withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification. We may ask for government ID, proof of address and evidence of payment source before processing withdrawals. Verification is required to comply with anti-money laundering and responsible gambling checks.

Processing and limits

Payment methods, processing times and limits vary by provider and by jurisdiction. Withdrawals may be subject to internal review and can be delayed until checks are complete. Third-party fees may apply; any platform-specific limits or staged payouts for large sums will be communicated during withdrawal processing.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, contact our support team with full details and any supporting evidence. We will acknowledge and investigate promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may seek independent advice or pursue formal remedies available in the applicable jurisdiction. Account suspension does not prevent the handling of a complaint or the release of funds where appropriate.

Updates to terms and conditions

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on site and we will aim to notify account holders where reasonably practicable. Continued use of Casiny after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept changes you should stop using the service and close your account.
